A new pensionhouse,cheap,clean and accommodating. We have all types of rooms from double, triple, four beddedroom and a five beddedroom with private bathrooms available upon request. You can arrive by foot going around the downtown areas & museums like; 5 mins. by foot going to Santa Maria Maggiore church. 10 mins going to Collosseum, Roman Forum, Altare della Patria, Capitoline Hill. 15 mins. by foot going to Trevi Fountain, Piazza Spagna, Piazza Navona & Campo de Fiori. 30 mins. going to vatican & castle Sant'Angelo by foot. Also you can reach by subway VATICAN CITY within 15 mins. Spanish Steps 10 mins. Bus station is a five minutes walk from us. Subway is right in the corner. Please see a map of Rome so you can figure much more farther where we are situated. You can make a homemeal in the kitchen whenever you want. Free internet access 24 hours(lan & wifi). Buffet breakfast is available included bead, butter, cheese, nutella, marmalade, eggs, coffee, milk and tea. Hot showers 24/24 hours We will give you key to come in & out. No curfew Linen, towels & blanket are included. Free use of fully equipped kitchen. Free maps of the city(and our staff will tell you tips to go around rome at immediate time). It's not allowed to smoke, we have terrace to smoke if you want. Living room is allowed to see movie or television but only until 11PM(restricted during the night to stay in the sala). Cancellation must be made by e-mail 48 hours before your arrival otherwise we will take one night from your credit card details. For the discount price which is on the month of February, it's not included breakfast,linen, kitchen use and internet access. Must reserve a bed or a room at least two nights minimum otherwise your reservation for one night is not valid.
