Description : The B&T ROOMS is situated in the centre of Rome,a short walk from the main railway and underground station Termini,From B&T ROOMS you can easily get to all of the historic and artistic attractions of the city. Nearby there is an open-air market open every day which until 2pm, where you can find inexpensive clothes,souvenirs and fresh fruits and vegetables. It is very important for us to know your exact time of your arrival.If you will be later then you anounce you must phone reception if not we will not garantee your reservation. Airport pick up arranged upon request 1 days prior to arrival for the cost of 40 euro per car (maximum 4 people & 4 suitcases). There is a cancellation policy of 72 hours.(12:00pm. local time) Please note that is possible that big groups could be distribuited in two different buildings for availability reasons. Anyway the other building is at 50 meters from the reception. Please note: the Rome Tax Stay is not included in the price (2€ per person per night, maximum 10 nights). Children till 10 years don't have to pay this tax.
